Buket Kahraman is the founder and managing partner of B&B Artist Management. She is responsible for the agency's overall management, representation philosophy, and long-term growth strategy.

She monitors the career development of all represented actors at the highest level, taking a direct role in project selection, career planning, industry relations, and key contract negotiations. Under Buket Kahraman's leadership, the agency's actor portfolio, new representation decisions, and relations with production companies are guided.

She also directly oversees the project and career management of directors and creative talents within B&B.

Berkay Kahraman manages brand partnerships and international communications at B&B Artist Management.

He evaluates incoming advertising, campaign, and brand partnership proposals for the actors represented, monitoring the alignment between the brand and the actor, usage terms, and long-term partnership opportunities. He coordinates the proposal, negotiation, and agreement processes alongside the actor and the management team.

He is also responsible for B&B's international communications, coordinating relationships with foreign production companies, agencies, brands, and industry professionals, as well as managing incoming project requests from abroad.
