Originally founded in 2017 by Buket Kahraman under the name Buket Kahraman Management, the structure was reorganized as B&B Artist Management in 2026. With Berkay Kahraman joining the management team, brand collaborations and international communications have been further strengthened.

Buket Kahraman is the founder and managing partner of B&B Artist Management. She is responsible for the agency's overall management, representation philosophy, and long-term growth strategy.

She monitors the career development of all represented actors at the highest level, taking a direct role in project selection, career planning, industry relations, and key contract negotiations. Under Buket Kahraman's leadership, the agency's actor portfolio, new representation decisions, and relations with production companies are guided.

She also directly oversees the project and career management of directors and creative talents within B&B.
